Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing oversight process.
